What’s Going Right In My Life Game!

Here’s how it works:

Every morning before you get out of bed, ask yourself the following question:

“What is going right in my life right now?”

Think of twenty things and speak each of them out loud. Don’t get out of bed until you have listed all twenty things.

Do this for thirty days. The answers could be something as simple as “I have a bed to sleep on” or even “I woke up again today!”

By doing this exercise every day for thirty days, you will switch your dominant frequency  to being someone who appreciates the good in their life and notices what’s going well on a habitual basis. Focusing in this way before you get out of bed reprograms your subconscious mind as you are in a more receptive state to receive these messages when you are drowsy.

After these thirty days, you’ll have reprogrammed your brain to start each morning noticing more and more what is going right in your life. This clear signal of appreciation will attract more things going well for you and you will experience a life that flows more smoothly.
